Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership currently seeks a branch service leader to manage the Service Department and ensure top-quality pest control for customers. You will guide staff, monitor service quality, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will oversee inspections, compliance, and staff training, with emphasis on safety, DOT rules, and effective route management, while maintaining inventory and handling customer concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, basic math & reading.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred in service roles.
• Ability to read and write reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge of dry chemicals and pesticides; DOT rules & regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff of the branch service department to provide quality service.
• Provides ongoing training for branch service and sales personnel.
• Inspects termite and pest control work for compliance with standards.
• Responds to customer complaints and retention efforts.
• Maintain pest routes staffing, inventory, and service levels.
