Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician teams, ensuring outstanding service delivery across branches. You will oversee scheduling, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while guiding training and inventory management.

This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and strong communication with customers and employees. Ideal candidates bring an associate degree, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree (A four year degree is highly desirable)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Strong communications skills – verbal, written, presenting
• Good at problem solving and practical solutions
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees
• Detail oriented and safety minded
• Aptitude for basic/intermediate math for calculations related to sales and service
• Comfortable working outside and in crawl spaces/attics when necessary

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellations
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams
