Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate our Pest Technician Teams at the local branch, delivering outstanding service and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor routes, manage schedules, oversee inventory, train staff, and resolve customer concerns while building rapport with customers and employees. A valid driver's license and an associate degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance.
• Monitor inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
