You will monitor routes, enforce safety standards, handle customer concerns, and coach staff. The role requires a 4-year career track nearby, strong communication skills, and a readiness to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate training of local sales and service teams.
