Rentokil North America is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to drive pest control solutions for homes. You will assess customer needs, demonstrate products, and close sales while coordinating with service teams.

The role emphasizes customer focus and growth of the residential base. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or pest services, strong communication, and a valid driver's license, with travel required across assigned territories.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/technical degree preferred.
• Pest industry certifications are a plus.
• 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience required; 1-2 years in pest control sales ideal.
• 2+ years in customer service is beneficial; strong verbal communication essential.

Responsabilidades

• Sell residential pest management services and products to new and existing customers.
• Perform needs analysis to determine customer concerns and provide expert pest control solutions.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points and develop proposals.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and technicians to increase opportunities.
• Follow up on proposals and manage daily activities in the Sales CRM.
