Terminix is hiring a Pest Control Consultant in New York. You will sell residential pest control services, inspect homes, and build relationships with customers to protect their homes and families.

You’ll collaborate with the Service Center and Sales teams, develop proposals, and use CRM to track activities. Strong communication, customer service, and sales experience help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and maintain service.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM for customer clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during installations and ensure quality.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
