Job summary

Terminix is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell residential pest management services and products while delivering top-tier customer service. You will be the face of our national brand locally, assessing client needs and proposing effective pest control solutions.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, collaboration with internal teams, and developing proposals to address pest issues while upselling enhancements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points and propose pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to grow opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues and upsell additional services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge on service installations to ensure quality.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
