Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Services Inspector to perform comprehensive pest inspections, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored pest control solutions. You will build trust with homeowners while presenting Orkin’s products and services.

No prior industry experience is required; training is provided. A company vehicle, competitive pay with commissions, and a full benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required – Orkin provides training.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections of interiors and exteriors to assess pest threats.
• Make strategic recommendations to customers based on inspection findings.
• Schedule appointments and meet with homeowners to explain services and pricing.
