Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work with strong customer care in Salt Lake City, UT. You will complete indoor and outdoor applications and maintain accurate records while using ladders and power tools safely.

Base pay is $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities based on sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and demonstrated mechanical aptitude with familiarity in construction-related tasks, including safe use of ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving company vehicles is an essential function.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Explain treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff and management for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, service, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety and effectiveness.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards.
