Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Service Technician to deliver outstanding pest control service during scheduled maintenance appointments. You will inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining accurate service records and clear communication with the office.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, and 3+ years of driving history; state-required pest control training/licensing is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
