Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver targeted pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments and mosquito control, while ensuring safe, high-quality results.

You will work on service routes, explain plans to customers, keep detailed records, and maintain equipment and vehicles. This role requires customer service experience and mechanical aptitude, with licensing support provided where needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver's license and 3+ years driving history.
• State-required pest control training/licensing to be earned if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers; address questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.
