Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience and safe handling of ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Pest control licensing training provided if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans and benefits.
• Follow service routes and schedules coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records and appointment logs using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to procedures.
