EcoShield Pest Solutions in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Additional Services Technician to perform termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions with precision.

You will deliver high‑quality service, explain treatment plans to customers, maintain meticulous records, operate safely, and collaborate with office staff to ensure timely, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tasks.
• Ability to operate ladders and power tools safely.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
