The Shield Co Management, LLC is hiring an Additional Services Technician in Grand Rapids, MI to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services with a strong focus on customer care and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include performing termite and mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work, while maintaining safety with ladders and power tools. Valid driver’s license and driving history are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits while addressing customer questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff and management for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
