Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management services with a focus on quality and safety.

You will perform indoor and outdoor applications, explain plans to customers, follow service routes, and maintain detailed records while promoting high satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services (termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work).
• Complete indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits, and address customer questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments.
