Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Services Inspector in the United States. You will perform comprehensive 360 inspections of homes, explain pest protection plans, and provide trusted recommendations to homeowners. Training is provided, and experience is not required at start.

The role emphasizes meeting customers in their homes, building relationships, and delivering practical pest solutions while earning competitive pay with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and respond to assigned leads with support from a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address issues identified.
• Make recommendations to customers and set expectations based on inspection results.

Education
