Waltham Pest Services in Pawtucket, RI is seeking a Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure high-quality pest control and customer satisfaction. You will oversee scheduling, fleet management, training, and field operations, coordinating with residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a service-based industry, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a service-based industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work lawfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a group of front-line colleagues.
• Provide hands-on management.
• Train and develop technicians.
• Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies.
• Schedule client services and route technicians.
• Motivate the service team to provide high-quality service.
• Guide technicians in resolving client issues.
• Ensure customer expectations are met.
• Interact with both commercial and residential clients.
• Perform quality site inspections.
• Review and submit service documents and reporting.
