Job summary

Waltham Pest Services in Pawtucket, RI is seeking a Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure high-quality pest control and customer satisfaction. You will oversee scheduling, fleet management, training, and field operations, coordinating with residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a service-based industry, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

TheService Manager will lead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service and expertise for families and businesses alike.As an operational leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service team, including: delivering quality service, fleet management, service team sales, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of SUPERVISORY or management of direct and indirect reports in a service-based industry (i.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care or construction). Other types of management experience may be considered.We seek individuals who are creative thinkers with an emphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Average pay range offered for this role is $72,000 - $75,000 per year
