The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to deliver top-tier residential pest control services and drive growth in the local community. You will assess client needs, present solutions, close sales, and collaborate with customer service, inside sales, and technicians to maximize opportunities while upholding safety and quality standards.

Eligible candidates have strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and grow services.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations and ensure quality.
• Use Sales CRM for daily activities and performance tracking.
