Job summary

Terminix seeks Pest Control Consultants to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your community, protecting homes and families while assessing needs and recommending effective solutions.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, collaborating with service teams, developing proposals, and using our Sales CRM to track opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to outline customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
