Job summary

Western Exterminator Company is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of the brand in your local community, assessing needs and recommending solutions to protect homes and families.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with Year 1 on-target earnings of $70,000 and top earners $100,000+. A company vehicle/allowance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits accompany the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers after assessing their needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center and Inside Sales for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager and close sales.
• Maintain sales CRM, follow up on proposals, and support installations as needed.
