Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers and provide customer-focused service to grow the business. You will represent our national brand locally and assess customer needs to recommend effective solutions.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, collaborating with service teams, developing proposals, and using our CRM to track activities. Travel up to 100% within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from residence state.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and maintain customer-focused service to grow the business.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell household services.
• Complete daily activities and CRM updates to track sales progress.
