Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while representing our national brand in the local community.

You will assess customer needs, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate with service teams to grow the business and protect homes and families. This full-time role offers competitive pay with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure understanding of client home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
