Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to drive sales of our pest management services to residential customers. You will act as the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and proposing effective solutions to protect homes and families.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, coordinating with service teams, and using our Sales CRM to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to resolve issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
