Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering a customer-focused experience. You will represent our national brand locally, assess customer needs, and propose pest control solutions.

You'll work with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and follow up to close sales, with on-target earnings and growth potential described

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams and update Sales CRM for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Support service installations with expert knowledge as needed.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
