Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers and protect homes and families.

You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and presenting effective solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to grow revenue, creating proposals, and ensuring quality installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience is a plus.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and offer enhancements to household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
