Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will assess homes, discuss needs, and close sales with support from service teams. This role emphasizes customer focus and community presence as the face of our national brand.

The position requires a driver’s license, strong communication, and a track record in sales or pest services. Travel within the territory is up to 100% with a base plus uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram in Sales CRM for clear understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
