  • Create a distinctive, positive first impression for potential clients in order to build a sense of trust, increase customer retainment, and bolster sales revenue.
Requirements of a Pest Control Customer Service Representative:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Associate.
  • High school diploma or GED Required.
  • Expert in delivering presentations in an efficient, professional, and confident manner.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • The ability or proven record of success in meeting customer satisfaction, building sustainable relationships, and exceeding sales trajectories.
