Job Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist addresses and resolves customer questions and issues, providing the best customer experience possible. Responsibilities include correcting errors, following up with process servers, moving orders along, and providing updates. The role involves working with other teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. This position is remote but requires candidates to be located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support tickets, answer questions, and resolve issues related to existing orders.
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders and guide new customers on placing orders online.
  • Respond to emails, addressing questions and concerns from customers, internal departments, and field process servers.
  • Document issues in Confluence.
  • Visit court dockets for case filing information and occasionally retrieve filed papers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF editors, and phone systems preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Skills in transcribing information, reviewing orders, investigating issues, and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Maintain high-quality work in stressful situations.
  • Anticipate and address potential issues.
  • Implement new processes and improve performance.
  • Typing speed of at least 55 WPM.
