Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will act as the face of the national brand in your local community, assessing needs and proposing pest control solutions with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, collaborating with internal teams, developing proposals, and following up to close sales. Travel within territory is required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence (vehicle and gas card provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience is a plus.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams to map customer homes and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during service installations to ensure quality results.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
