Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll represent the national brand locally, assessing customer needs and recommending solutions to protect homes and families.

The role emphasizes a customer-focused approach, collaboration with internal teams, and growth through revenue development within assigned territories. Valid driver's license and sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills desired.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and provide customer-focused service.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to leverage opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to grow revenue and service offerings.
• Complete home diagram and use Sales CRM to document customer details.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales; provide knowledge to new service installations.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
