Saela, a Utah-based pest control company, seeks a Branch Manager in Training to work alongside current leadership to grow the branch, manage profit and loss, supervise staff, and ensure unmatched customer service.

Relocation may be required with Saela assisting with accommodations. The role offers base pay of $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus opportunities, company vehicles, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of operations, branch management, or other leadership experience.
• Customer-facing and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Mentor all branch employees in skills and growth opportunities; train, schedule, interact with customers, discipline, and incentives.
• Interact with customers to determine root causes, answer questions, and demonstrate service value.
• Assist Branch Manager in maintaining branch profit and loss to grow financially and expand service capabilities.

In this role as a Branch Manager in Training, you will work alongside current branch leadership to oversee the overall growth and quality of the branch, assist with the management of profit and loss (P&L), the management of employees and customer retention, and ensure the quality of service to our customers is unmatched.

Relocation may be required for this position, and we will assist with relocation accommodations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• You will mentor all branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and opportunities to grow in their careers. You will build relationships with employees, including but not limited to training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.
• You will also interact with our customers to help determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided.
• You will be assisting the Branch Manager in maintaining profit and loss for the branch to grow financially, while also helping to expand the service type capability of the branch.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous pest control experience
• Being licensed in pest control

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
