Job summary

Saela is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the growth and quality of our San Antonio branch. You will help manage P&L, supervise employees, and ensure top-notch customer service while expanding service offerings.

The role requires relocation may be necessary, and relocation accommodations are provided. A base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 with bonus opportunities and five-figure bonuses are available, along with company vehicles, fuel cards, and comprehensive insurance plans.

• Two or more years of operations, branch management, or other leadership experience.
• Customer-facing and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Mentor branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and growth opportunities; manage training, scheduling, customer interactions, discipline, and incentives.
• Interact with customers to identify root causes, answer questions, and demonstrate service value.
• Assist Region Manager in maintaining branch P&L and expanding service capability.

Job description

In this role as a Branch Manager, you will work alongside current branch leadership to oversee the overall growth and quality of the branch, assist with the management of profit and loss (P&L), the management of employees and customer retention, and ensure the quality of service to our customers is unmatched.

Relocation may be required for this position, and we will assist with relocation accommodations.

Responsibilities

You will mentor all branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and opportunities to grow in their careers. You will build relationships with employees, including but not limited to training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.

You will also interact with our customers to help determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided.

You will be assisting the Region Manager in maintaining profit and loss for the branch to grow financially, while also helping to expand the service type capability of the branch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pest control experience
• Being licensed in pest control

Physical Demands / Working Conditions:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations

• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
• This position will require you to work outside, in all types of weather
