Saela, a Utah-based and Colorado-grown pest control company, is seeking a Branch Manager in Training in Centennial to help grow and maintain branch performance while preserving top-tier service for customers. You will work with current leadership on P&L, service expansion, and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• At least two (2) years of operations, branch management, or other types of leadership experience.
• Customer-facing and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Mentor all branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and opportunities to grow in their careers; build relationships with employees including training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.
• Interact with customers to determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided.
• Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining profit and loss for the branch to grow financially, while helping to expand the service type capability of the branch.
