Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Branch Manager for the San Antonio location. You will mentor staff, oversee operations, and support growth while ensuring service quality for customers.

You will collaborate with regional leadership on P&L, drive customer retention, and help expand service capabilities. Relocation assistance may be provided, and a competitive base salary with bonus opportunities is offered along with company vehicle and benefits.

Overview

In this role as a Branch Manager, you will work alongside current branch leadership to oversee the overall growth and quality of the branch, assist with the management of profit and loss (P&L), the management of employees and customer retention, and ensure the quality of service to our customers is unmatched.

Relocation may be required for this position, and we will assist with relocation accommodations.

Responsibilities

You will mentor all branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and opportunities to grow in their careers. You will build relationships with employees, including but not limited to training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.

You will also interact with our customers to help determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided.

You will be assisting the Region Manager in maintaining profit and loss for the branch to grow financially, while also helping to expand the service type capability of the branch.

• Base pay of $65,000 to $75,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous pest control experience
• Being licensed in pest control

Physical Demands / Working Conditions:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations

• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
• This position will require you to work outside, in all types of weather
