Job summary

Confidential in Bloomington seeks a General Manager to lead the branch, drive revenue, oversee operations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will direct daily activities, set performance goals, and maintain strong customer and employee relations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of management in pest control, with proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to operate a company vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of management experience within the pest control industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing business performance, and holding employees accountable to established goals and expectations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively manage customer, employee, and operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Direct day to day branch activities and hold the team accountable to established goals, revenue expectations, sales objectives, and performance metrics.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and performance focused environment where employees understand expectations and are supported in achieving results.
• Monitor overall branch performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and profitability.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and support management and branch employees.
• Ensure team members understand applicable safety requirements, company policies, procedures, and operational expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of required employee training and certifications.
• Maintain compliance with applicable local and state requirements, industry regulations, licensing obligations, safety standards, and business requirements.
• Lead the resolution of escalated customer concerns and service issues while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Address employee relations matters and operational issues promptly and appropriately.
• Manage incidents and escalations in a way that protects service quality, employee experience, and branch performance.
