Saela is seeking a Branch Manager in Training in American Fork, Utah, to work with current leadership on growth, profitability, and service quality. You will mentor staff, handle scheduling and training, and engage customers to resolve issues while expanding service offerings.

Relocation assistance is available. The role offers a base pay of $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus bonus potential, five-figure bonuses, a company vehicle with fuel card, PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum two years of operations, branch management, or leadership experience.
• Customer-facing and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor branch employees in skills and growth opportunities and manage scheduling, training, and incentives.
• Interact with customers to address concerns and demonstrate service value.
• Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining branch P&L and expanding service capabilities.
