Job summary

Relocation assistance is available; the role offers a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 with bonus opportunities and a full benefits package, including a company vehicle and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years in operations, branch management, or other leadership roles.
• Customer-facing and sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor branch staff in skills and responsibilities and support career growth.
• Build relationships with employees through training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.
• Interact with customers to determine root causes of concerns and demonstrate value of services.
• Assist Region Manager in maintaining branch P&L and expanding service capabilities.
