Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, timelines, and important details
• Assist with organizing trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Provide clear updates so clients stay informed throughout the planning process
• Review available options and share relevant information based on client needs
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platformsSupport itinerary updates, changes, and follow-up requests
• Maintain accurate and organized records within internal systems
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions
