Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking a Personal Experience Advisor to join their remote team. In this role, you will help clients organize and bring their travel plans to life, responding to their needs and keeping them informed. Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and enjoy working with people. This flexible position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. No prior travel experience is necessary as ongoing training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their plans, preferences, and scheduling needs.
• Assist with arranging trip elements such as lodging, transportation, and activities.
• Keep clients updated on progress, confirmations, and next steps.
• Review available options using approved systems and present clear information.
• Respond to questions through email, phone, and digital communication platforms.
• Help manage changes, updates, and follow-up requests.
• Maintain accurate records and keep planning details organized.
• Participate in onboarding and continuous training sessions.
