Job summary

Workout Anytime in Florida is seeking a Sales Leader to grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales, member experiences, and leadership. This role is ideal for a motivated Personal Trainer who thrives in a goal-driven environment and enjoys building relationships to transform members' lives.

You will conduct Success Sessions, recommend and sell training programs, build your own client base, and drive leads via member engagement, referrals, and group training, while

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals
• Build and manage your own training client base
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development
• Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue
