Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive our fitness programs and match clients with dedicated trainers. You will convert leads, guide members to personal training, and push for strong sales while maintaining a supportive, energetic gym environment.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, customer service, and a passion for helping people transform their fitness journeys. A dynamic, fast-paced setting with a strong growth trajectory awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Certification in one or more nationally accredited certifications within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff and set them up with a trainer.
• Assign trainers to clients and guide them to dotFIT programs.
• Drive sales targets and ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Address questions, assist with session bookings and billing tasks.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment.
