Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive the fitness program sales and assign clients to our team of personal trainers. You will set and surpass sales targets while fostering a motivating, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities include converting leads into clients, connecting members with trainers, and delivering exceptional service through a collaborative team approach in a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping clients achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, motivating attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Integrity and sound judgment in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-funnel leads and convert to new memberships.
• Assign clients to appropriate personal trainers and oversee scheduling.
• Meet or exceed consultations, showings, and sales targets.
• Collaborate with team to create a supportive, results-focused member experience.
