Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant who drives fitness programs by pairing clients with the right trainers and hitting sales targets. You will convert leads, onboard clients, and ensure a high-energy, results-focused member experience.

You will oversee a team of trainers, motivate the group, and connect members to personal training and dotFIT supplements as appropriate. A positive, independent mindset helps you excel here.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and engagement with current or new members daily.
• Set up with a personal trainer aligned to goals and programs.
• Coordinate trainer assignments and drive activity metrics (leads, show, close).
• Foster a collaborative, trustful team environment and client experience.
