Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive fitness program adoption and pair clients with trainers. You’ll set and exceed sales targets while delivering a positive, motivating client experience.

You will engage members daily, coordinate with trainers, and promote dotFIT programs. A high-energy, goal-oriented approach with strong communication is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness.
• Passion for health and fitness; able to engage members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and convert potential members into clients for PT services.
• Assign personal trainers to clients and manage trainer availability.
• Meet or exceed sales and client onboarding targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support for scheduling and billing.
