Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in El Paso, TX is seeking a Personal Training Manager to uphold a high-performance, high-care culture. You will lead certified Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants, hire, train, and coach your team to drive client acquisition and retention, while ensuring top-notch programming and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer required.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members.
• Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, motivate, and guide to achieving goals.
• Administer and manage the CrunchOne Kickoff experience to acquire personal training clients.
• Drive Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly/monthly new client targets.
• Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, dotFIT program and supplements.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data for insights into performance.
• Direct resources informed by KPIs and priorities.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours.
• Report to the Managing Partner and Market PTM on key results and action plans.
• Maintain time clock records for proper labor controls and integrity.
• Maintain certification records of all personal training staff.
