Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Mansfield, TX, seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of Fitness Professionals through their careers at Life Time.

You will supervise all revenue departments within Life Time Training and oversee hiring to maintain a 15–50 professional staff while driving key company initiatives and managing the budget and P&L. You will ensure all Fitness Professionals are educated in the Core 3 Method and deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging training programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time.
• 2–3 years in sales and program design.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals through their career at Life Time.
• Supervise revenue departments and Life Time Training operations.
• Oversee hiring and maintain staffing levels (15–50 pros).
• Drive key company initiatives and manage budget and P&L.
• Ensure all professionals are educated in the Core 3 Method.
• Conduct weekly department and management meetings.
