Job summary

Equinox is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to build a client base, manage appointments, and market PT programs within our clubs. You will deliver personalized workouts, perform assessments, and guide clients toward their fitness goals.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, stay updated on Equinox services, and contribute to an outstanding member experience. Must have PT certs and CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain via reimbursement.
• CPR/AED certification is required or available via program.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage schedule with client appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell PT programs to members and clients.
• Know club services, programs, and products.
• Provide fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
