Job summary

EōS Fitness is opening a new gym with a Personal Training Manager (PTM) who will lead the personal training team, coach trainers, and partner with the Fitness Manager to deliver outstanding member experiences. This full‑time role focuses on growth, performance, and a positive club environment.

Reporting to the Fitness Manager, the PTM will drive client acquisition, maximize PT profitability, and ensure top‑quality service across high‑volume locations.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Training Certification and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year as an EōS trainer or 1 year of verifiable managerial experience.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of the personal training staff.
• Partner with Fitness Manager on PT operations.
• Drive PT targets monthly and track KPIs.
• Lead high‑value orientation sessions to gain new clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow the PT business and increase revenue.
• Improve PT guest experience to boost retention and revenue.
• Manage trainer lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and performance reviews.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one and team coaching sessions.
• Reduce trainer turnover through development and support.
