Job summary

Equinox in Irvine is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead the PT department, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of high performance. You will guide trainers, manage outreach, and ensure monthly and annual department goals are met.

You will develop and mentor the PT team, lead sales training, and partner with club departments to support a premier member experience while driving revenue growth and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to hire, direct and develop staff through accountability and timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with members, clients and staff.
• Proven sales skills with focus on attracting new clients and retention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead Servant Leadership across trainers, staff and members to maintain service standards.
• Develop and manage trainer performance, forums and education goals.
• Identify and promote key talent for advancement (MIT, Tier X, Master Instructors).
• Lead and deliver sales training for new hires and ongoing support.
• Ensure cross-department collaboration and execution of SOPs and staff accountability.
